People change; thoughts change; feelings change; priorities change; life still goes on. We can either be miserable or motivate ourselves. Whatever has to be done, it is always our choice.

Happy Motherâs Day and hope you all had a relaxing Golden Week! May is such a beautiful month and it would be really wonderful to take the whole month off and spend time freely in nature or just enjoy being ourselves. May is also the month of Mental Health Awareness and it is really important to have conversations with family, friends, and our loved ones. Particularly, the last few years have been tough for all of us and it is no surprise that many people feel tired or even burn out sometimes. For some people, it may not be easy to reach out or share thoughts with others, then journaling or having a special date with ourselves is also highly recommended as part of self-therapy and self-love. What do you think?

Greetings from the studio! How are you? April is a new start for many things in Japan, and it certainly marks a special milestone. It is kind of nice to have the ânew yearâ feeling all over again and think of this time as an opportunity to revisit the goals we set at the start of the year. At the studio, we have two new teachers joining us in April, a warm welcome to new additions to the team and we will do our best to keep you encouraged, and motivated and continue to provide you with valuable and inspiring programs. With so much love,

Spring is just around the corner…hope you all have a good start of the new season! We are reading the news everyday and Russiaâs invasion of Ukraine is indeed provoking a range of emotions. We wish there were something more we could do to help but at least we can still pray for the people of Ukraine.
