As we step into the heart of summer, I find myself thinking about the importance of slowing down. This season is often filled with activity, but we hope you are finding the time to treat yourself to moments of intentional self-care and creative rest. Creative pauses are not just hobbies—they are a vital way to nourish our minds and spirits during the heat of the season.

We are hosting our last Aperitivo of the summer on July 31st,

and we would love to see you there! It will be a perfect way to gather, reflect, and enjoy a slow evening together.

• Time: 17:30 – 19:30 (2 hours)
• Participation: 0.5 Passport ticket or 3,300 yen (payable in cash or via PayPay).
• Note: As a reminder, Passport tickets are transferable and can be used among family members.

A Shift in Our Lesson Style (Starting September)

To better serve your unique needs and goals, we are evolving our approach.

From September onwards, our regular sessions will transition to private and semi-private lessons, and our seasonal specials will continue to be offered in a small group formaｔ.

9月よりレッスンスタイルの変更について

皆さま一人ひとりのニーズや目標にこれまで以上に向き合うため、9月より通常のレッスンをプライベートおよびセミプライベート形式へと移行いたします。

なお、季節のスペシャルレッスンにつきましては、これまで通り少人数のグループ形式で継続いたします。

To give you more flexibility and the chance to share this journey, we have updated our registration options and timelines:

1. Early Bird Discount (Save €100)

• Deadline: July 18
• Best for: Solo travelers ready to secure their space with early intention.

2. “Better Together” Special (Save €150 each!)

• Deadline: August 8
• Best for: Friends, colleagues, or creative partners signing up together.

 Final Registration Deadline: August 15

A Gentle Note on Room Availability:
Our sanctuary has a strictly limited number of rooms, and selections are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Because we offer a few different room types, signing up early is the best way to ensure you get the exact style of accommodation you prefer. If you secure your spot later, your preferred room type may no longer be available!

新年度が始まり、慌ただしい毎日をお過ごしかと思います。ふと立ち止まって、深呼吸する時間は持てていますか？ 変化の波に飲み込まれそうなときこそ、ご自分を大切に、心地よいリズムで過ごせますように。

ここ二日間、東京ドームでBTSのコンサートがあり、周辺はとても賑わっていました。それでも私たちのスタジオは、変わらず穏やかで静かな、心の安らげる場所（サンクチュアリ）であり続けています。外の喧騒を忘れられるような穏やかな時間が流れていました。

新しいプログラム：ボイストレーニング
4月から新しいプログラムの一つとして、ご自身の声や表現力、内面とのつながりを大切にしたボイストレーニングをスタートします。プライベートを中心に、少人数グループも可能です。気軽にお問合せください。木曜日または金曜日。
