Let's enhance your potential by learning English, improving your communication and creativity skills.
A relaxing place where you can recharge your batteries anytime.
At Ani's, we offer programs to help you think in English, speak in English, and improve your English communication, presentation, and reception/transmission skills. We believe that by experiencing the joy of communicating in English, you can meet various people through English, learn different ways of thinking, gain confidence, and develop a broader perspective. It is also a place to charge your ability to think about yourself and improve yourself ("Jibun-katsu" - self-activation), and a place to design your life and career. With a different approach than before, you will be able to use English naturally, which you can enjoy from the heart and feel with your heart. How about a creative mental detox with English and art together? The shortcut to improving your English is to use it.
Our Mission
Ani's Place aims to provide projects and services that energize the English skills and "heart cells" of more friends, and to offer support. We are planning various workshops based on the combination of four keywords: "Me (I / Self-care) x English x Intercultural Understanding (Countries of the World) x Art."

Ani's Place created by Anita Koike

Born in Taiwan, I majored in Second Language Education and English Pedagogy in the UK, where I obtained my Master of Arts (MA) degree. Since 2001, I have taught various English classes for children and adults at language schools, corporations, and universities. I have also coordinated global education personnel development programs and corporate language training programs. I am currently a university lecturer while also leading Ani’s Place. My book, "My Life Collage in Japan," was published in the fall of 2013.
Access: The nearest station is Suidobashi Station on the Toei Mita Line. It is about a 3-minute walk from Exit A6. Once you come above ground, walk straight ahead to the right, and you will see a 7-Eleven convenience store. Turn at the Jonathan's on the corner and it is halfway up a gentle slope (Ikizaka). It is directly in front of Toyo Gakuen University.
