英語教育はどんな時代でも大きいな柱の一つですが、グローバル化がどんどん進む中ではなおさら不可欠な鍵の一つになっています。Ani’s PlaceのPre-ELT Boxでは特にこれから英語教師を目指す人たちのためのアイディア創り、アイディアシェアのワークショップです。
〜What can we do for our learners?〜
言葉は生きているものなので、ただ教えるだけのInputから、学習者がコミュニケーションの道具として使えるためのOutputをどのように創り、増やしていくのか、一緒に考えて、話し合うワークショップです。
時には現場で働いている先生たちの話を聞くこともあるし、実際いろいろな教材を手に取って自分たちなりのインスピレーションをシェアしたり、様々な授業のCase Studyを一緒に考えていきたいと思っています。また、マンネリ化になりがちな教材の活用、応用力をつければ、学習者だけではなく、教育する側も遊び心を感じられて、楽しくできると信じています。これから英語教師になる大学生の”教師の卵たち”やほかの科目を教えながら英語を教えることに興味を持っている教師たちが主な対象となります。 Ani’s PlaceはTeachersのリフレッシュの場として、さらにつながりの場としても活用していけたらと考えています。
Happy Teacher Club
The Happy Teacher Club is an online gathering, a cozy space where teachers or who are interested in teaching meet up to share ideas, to connect with others and to learn more about well-being together! It is informal, a warm and relaxed place to learn something new and inspiring. Everyone who is interested in education, teaching, learning and sharing ideas is welcome to join us!
